Lage:
Santa Margalida is a charming village with all the necessary amenities such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets and is very close to the sea. The nearest beach is Cas Capellans, which is only 9.2 km away or about 10-15 minutes by car. You can also visit many other beaches in the area, such as Can Picafort, the port of Alcúdia or Son Serra de Marina.

The rooms in the house are spread over the first two floors. On the first floor there are two cozy living rooms with air conditioning where you can watch TV. The main living room leads into an inviting little sitting area, while the other has a pretty loft - both perfect retreats for reading. You then enter the unique eat-in kitchen, which is equipped with air conditioning, ceramic hob and all the essentials for cooking and eating. From here you have access to the patio and the utility area, which is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
There are a total of three bedrooms with two single beds and a closet. One of them is located on this floor - with space for two cribs and two high chairs - while the other two, which are also equipped with air conditioning, are located on the upper floor. The house has two bathrooms with a bathtub, one on each floor.
