The non-negotiable conditions of rental of this incredible property that consists of 2 houses are:
Rent payment in advance for one year €36,000Payment of 1 month of deposit plus 2 months of security = €9,000Payment of 2 months of agency fees (the house has more than 500m2 built, so we can legally collect our fees) = €6000Total to enter: 51,000,-€
Expenses that the tenant has to assume:
LIGHT (very little because we have plates) Internet, Alarm, Diesel and assume the complete maintenance of the garden and pool (including fumigating and cutting the palm trees, emptying the septic tank if necessary.
