Cales de Mallorca is located on the east coast, halfway between Porto Cristo and Portocolom. The center of the village is situated on a limestone rock formation, crossed by a multitude of caves at sea level. The infrastructure of the village is mainly oriented to tourism. There are several hotel and apartment complexes, as well as individual vacation homes and apartments. The center of Calas de Mallorca is affectionately known as the “Centro Comercial”.
