The house is surrounded by well-planted gardens. There are extensive views of the sea and the Sierra de Tramuntana. Has secure off road parking. The gardens are dominated by a large designer infinity pool with waterfall. The pool has a resplendent covered deck with a double curtained Balinese sun lounger and lounge chair. Steps lead across the pool to the covered dining terrace where meals can be enjoyed al fresco at the large dining table.
There are also several armchairs. Behind the sepping stones is the children's section of the pool. In the front garden there is an additional dining room which is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Throughout the day the garden and pool are perfect for sunbathing and swimming. However, it is after sunsets that they become truly magical. No expense has been spared in creating the atmospheric lighting system that transforms the gardens into an enchanting wonderland that our guests will find hard to leave.

The magnificent living room has a large sofa, sun lounger, several armchairs, a wood burning stove, satellite TV and high speed wifi. Floor to ceiling glass doors access the covered dining terrace. The views are of the pool and gardens. The eat-in kitchen is of high quality and very well equipped. Large glass doors lead out to a covered terrace and gardens. An impressive metal and glass staircase leads to the upper floor. On the landing there is a casual seating area complete with a sun lounger that is perfect for quiet reading and relaxing.
